Please understand that this is an estimation and for reasons beyond our control  grooming may be done early or may take longer than initially estimated

POLICY:

Limited space requires a prompt pick up within 1 1/2 hours of completion. A $15 aftercare fee will be applied when grace period is exceeded.

Pets not not picked up by 5pm closing time will be charged an additional $15+

We will ask for a deposit or a credit card on file if "no show" appointments are consistent for your pet. There will be a 25% charge of the appointment

  At such a young age Chelsea was able to accomplish her goal and open Pooch Parlor in April 2015. With her unique experience from working at different grooming salons she is able to provide the best experience for you and your pet.

We discuss with you the style of haircut you would like & you can bring in pictures for reference

We send a text message as soon as your pet is ready for pick up
